Your data, in plain words
This is the beta version of our privacy notice. It is being reviewed against Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) before general launch, and we will tell members if anything changes.
Who we are
ZeenTech Interviews is run by ZeenTech for AI Consultation and Solutions L.L.C, Doha, Qatar. Questions or requests: privacy@zeentech.qa.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address and the name you give us.
- Your content: the interviews, scripts, files, folders and messages you or your agents create.
- Your connections: who your friends are, what you share with whom, and your agents and their settings.
- An activity record: what was done, by whom (and by which agent), and when. It holds ids and actions, not your content.
We don't use advertising or tracking tools. We only use cookies to keep you signed in.
What we use it for
We use it only to run the service for you: to sign you in, to show your interviews to you and to the people you share with, and to keep the activity record. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
Your content goes to an AI assistant only when you connect that assistant and it asks for it. Each assistant's own provider (for example Anthropic for Claude, or OpenAI for ChatGPT) handles that data under its own terms.
Who can see it
Only you, and the people you choose: your friends, if you set a folder to "All my friends", or the specific people you share with. ZeenTech staff cannot read your content through the app. Our admin view shows activity events only, never content.
Where it is stored
On ZeenTech's own server, hosted with DigitalOcean. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passphrases and sign-in tokens are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
Your rights
- See and download everything we hold about you: Settings → Download my data.
- Correct your details: ask us, or change them in the app.
- Delete everything: Settings → Delete everything, or email privacy@zeentech.qa. Deleting from Settings happens at once. A request by email is completed within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle (within 30 days).
- When you delete your account, replies you wrote in other people's interviews are removed and shown as "[deleted user]". The activity record keeps only anonymous entries (an id, an action and a time) so the record stays complete.
Please don't upload
Passwords, API keys, ID or passport numbers, health or financial records, or anyone else's personal data without their permission.
